• $295 HOA Demand Only (no HOA Docs provided)

Upfront fee for Lender/Condo Questionnaires

• $295 Questionnaire Only
• $375 Questionnaire + Additional Documents (annual budget, CC&Rs & Insurance)

Upfront fees are non-refundable

*Response time is within 10 days of payment (per civil code §4530) *RUSH SERVICE* is available for an additional $175 (response within 3 business days).
