• $495 HOA Escrow package (HOA Docs + Demand)
• $295 HOA Demand Only (no HOA Docs provided)

Upfront fee for Lender/Condo Questionnaires

• $295 Questionnaire Only
• $375 Questionnaire + Additional Documents (annual budget, CC&Rs & Insurance Agent contact information)

Upfront fees are non-refundable

*Response time is within 10 days of payment (per civil code §4530) *RUSH SERVICE* is available for an additional $125 (response within 3 business days). 

Please note: Once we receive your request is it entered into our queue. We do our best to respond to all requests in a timely manner. However, processing times vary depending on our workload.  If you need the information prior to the civil code deadline, paying the rush fee is advised.
